I believe in Real Food!
It’s as simple and as complicated as that. As a Nutritional Therapist, I advocate for eating real, properly prepared, nutrient dense whole foods in order to achieve and sustain optimal health.
In today’s society, we are inundated with fad diets, packaged foods, incorrect information, and “quick fixes” that move us away from what food is supposed to be and what health is supposed to look like. Food nourishes our body, all the way down to the cellular level. Without proper nutrition, we cannot have optimal health and our foundations will suffer. I believe in bio-individuality which means that there is no “one size fits all” diet, but instead will identify the unique nutritional needs of each person. I believe that nutrition can bring us back to restoring our health and through the nutritional therapy process we can together discover the path to getting there.
